    Two-storey villa with pool, located in Torre en Conill, Bétera. The best traditions of the Spanish lifestyle met with the Ukrainian quality of construction.

    Minimalist style with a Mediterranean atmosphere for a comfortable life and rest.

    Reinforced concrete structure on pillars, designed and calculated with all guarantees and strength. The roof of the house is inverted, which guarantees better thermal insulation, double waterproofing and finish with pebbly gravel and hydraulic tiles for the terrace and balcony.

    The exterior cladding of the house combines different systems to achieve an exclusive design: a brick wall faced with 2 cm thick travertine tiles and colored wooden slats according to the design.
